Intellectual Property Policy

This Intellectual Property Policy governs the ownership and usage rights of intellectual property created by GoNxStep Business Solutions.

Ownership

• All work produced by GoNxStep Business Solutions, including custom chatbot scripts, CRM setups, and automation workflows, remains the intellectual property of GoNxStep Business Solutions until full payment is received.

• Upon full payment, ownership of deliverables may be transferred to the client, as outlined in the service agreement.

Third-Party Tools

• Any third-party tools or software used in the development of your solution are subject to their own licensing terms and conditions. GoNxStep Business Solutions is not responsible for ongoing licensing fees related to third-party products.
