Payment Terms

• Project-Based Services: A non-refundable deposit of [insert percentage] is required before work begins. The remaining balance is due upon delivery or as per the agreed project milestones.

• Retainer Agreements: For ongoing support or automation management, monthly retainers will be billed on the [insert day] of each month. All payments are due within 5 days of the invoice date.

Late Payments

• Late payments will incur a 5% late fee per month, and services may be suspended until payment is received. Continued non-payment will result in termination of the agreement.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Project Cancellations: Projects may be canceled prior to completion, with refunds based on the stage of work completed. Please refer to our Refund and Cancellation Policy for more details.

• Retainer Cancellations: Retainer agreements may be terminated by either party with 30 days written notice. Payments for services already rendered are non-refundable..

• Service Suspension: GoNxStep reserves the right to suspend services in the event of non-payment.

Ownership of Intellectual Property

• Until full payment is received, all intellectual property created by GoNxStep Business Solutions remains the property of GoNxStep Business Solutions. This includes but is not limited to custom chatbot configurations, automation workflows, and CRM setups.

Limitation of Liability

• GoNxStep Business Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claims related to our services is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Los Angeles County California. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in Los Angeles County California.
